It is interesting how free hosting companies are now fighting for bloggers' attention the way website hosts fought during the dot com. I hope many of them survive and incorporate best features from each other. Healthy competition should cause most of them to improve.

There are now many credible hosts to choose from, depending on your needs. Do you need categories? Do you need adSense? How about protection from spam comment? Or an idiot-proof UI? Privacy settings?

I have migratedI'm back with blogger for now. They now have labels/categories, customising the sidebar is easy and their post-by-email feature is useful when I'm posting from the office ^-^
